Website chat assistant

The chat assistant on this website is an automated AI tool that answers general questions about AUREXL. Your chat messages are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a reply and are not saved in our database. To prevent abuse, we keep a short-lived, one-way hashed form of your IP address to count messages; it is deleted automatically within a day. Please do not enter personal, sensitive or payment information in the chat — use the contact form if you would like our team to respond.

Visitor identification and analytics

If you accept optional cookies, RB2B may process your IP address, browser and device information, referring URL, pages viewed and visit timestamps to identify your company and, for eligible United States visitors, associate the visit with professional information such as a name, job title, LinkedIn profile or business email address. We use these insights to understand business interest in our services and improve our sales and marketing. If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics (with advertising features and Google signals turned off) measures pages viewed, how visitors arrived, button clicks and form steps, using the _ga cookies. When you submit an enquiry we also record the page you arrived on, the referring website and campaign tags so we can see which channels produce enquiries; if you accepted analytics, the Google Analytics client ID is stored with the enquiry so later stages (for example, qualified) can be measured in Google Analytics without sending your name or contact details to Google. You can reject or withdraw this permission through Cookie preferences in the footer.

Sharing with third parties

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and our business — such as hosting and infrastructure providers — and only to the extent needed to provide those services, or where the law requires us to do so.
